Hello, Force Reset Leads on Hopper doesn't work.

When I want to change it to Y and press Save Setttings , it goes anyway to N.
Could you help me please to keep leads reseted automaticaly ?

Hi Jan,
It's normal to see N as the value when you force reset the leads on the hopper on your campaign settings. To verify if the leads on the hopper were reset, you can do the following;
1. go to telephony > campaigns
2. click the "Choose Action" dropdown on the far right of your campaign
3. select "List" on the dropdown
4. click on "View Leads in the hopper for this campaign"
typically right after you reset the leads, the hopper lead count will reset to 0. It may take a few seconds to a minute for the campaign to reload leads on the hopper.

Is it a way the system could do it automaticaly ,I mean the lists I've choosen to be reseted automaticaly ( without ,,UK has no leads'') for example.

You can use Lead Recycling Features. Goto Campaign> Lead Recycling.

Campaign> Lead Recycling - here as I see the system can do recycling by status/Attempt Delay.
We need somehow all selected lists to be recycled, not only by status.
Is it a way the lists to be updated automaticaly?

Hi,
You can set it on each list. To do this go to your list and look for Reset Time. It is based on 24 hour format.
Example: Setting 0800-2000 will reset the list at 8AM and 8PM daily.

Hi Wittie, this is making me insane, i have a TESTCAMP in autodial slow, on its list i put "auto" in reset
time field, disposition stop updating as on the attachment but calls are working.
Of course i'm trying to get list auto reset, since i give up with lead recycle

I have found a BUG on a fresh Go4 installation
to reproduce:
=1=
1-Create DISABLED a list
2-make it Active - so enable it
3- Not try to disable it --- U cant done it keeps be Enabled
=2=
1-Create a list and load contacts to it
2-make calls
2-try to reset the list ---Reset Lead Called Status: to YES
3- CLICK UPDATE
4- NO LUCK -- after 5 MIN Statuses are the same

is there a way to check why Reset leads not working --- i was waiting for 8 yours -- same status
