Hi,

Asterisk Segmentation fault mostly incorrect config in asterisk configuration files like sip.conf etc. or possible lack of memory or cpu. We have recently installed GOautodial from scratch, we havent encounter that issue.

Links we used are:

Please share with us what are changes you made after installing using ISO or from Scratch for us to review your issues.

Thank you very much

Try checking the Asterisk core dump file. This usually provides more information on what caused Asterisk to crash. This article can help: https://xivo-solutions-blog.gitlab.io/2018/01/12/Analyzing-asterisk-coredumps-with-gdb/.
