Hello.
I need help.

We have a campaign, contact list, carrier configuration is ok, and we're trying to make a manual connection, but we're not getting it. We're having the "no contacts" message.

What could be going wrong?

Hi,

In your Campaign Advance Settings try to set Manual Dial Filter=NONE.

Asterisk does not receive any requests.

is Kamailio running? systemctl status Kamailio
is Asterisk running?
if Kamailio is running, do you see it in Asterisk sip show peers?

Can you please try to restart the kamailio and try it again. if still not working please send the settings of your /etc/hosts.

look at asterisk CLI and sip show peers. what is the status of Kamailio?
