RE: Help placing call through carrier - Added by del tukru over 9 years ago

It did place a call, I've added (Outbound CallerID: 2006 (digits only) in MODIFY A PHONE RECORD: 8001, it was 0000000000, but after it rings it cuts off off saying Not Acceptable here.

here is the logs

I've just tried again; but time adding all the codecs in the list, the call was successful, Striker 247 you are a very patient helper :) I've learnt a lot today, I will have a play with this to see if I can get the rest configured.

Thanks for sharing your time

RE: Help placing call through carrier - Added by del tukru over 9 years ago

Question is the setup for dialing though the agent much different to the setup for direct dialing from the phone? as the call seems to go no where.
