Help placing call through carrier

Please help,
I’m not able to place call thought goautodail; dialing manually though agent dialer or other wise, please see logs

It did place a call, I've added (Outbound CallerID: 2006 (digits only) in MODIFY A PHONE RECORD: 8001, it was 0000000000, but after it rings it cuts off off saying Not Acceptable here.

I've just tried again; but time adding all the codecs in the list, the call was successful, Striker 247 you are a very patient helper :) I've learnt a lot today, I will have a play with this to see if I can get the rest configured.

Question is the setup for dialing though the agent much different to the setup for direct dialing from the phone? as the call seems to go no where.
