Calls Jumping

Hi!
I am using Goautodial 3.3. Calls are jumping means when call comes to any agent it drops after few second without giving agent the option to go live on that call and the same call jump to any other agent and sometimes call jumps to number of agents.
Please tell how i can get out of it.

Hi Shiv,
Are you running Predictive/AutoDial or Manual Dialing? Have you also reported the issue to your VOIP provider?

I am running Auto dial with level slow.

does the call gets connected to agent , agent able to speak to customer?
or its showing as call in queue at the top?

no he is not able to speak but status of live call is shown on agent screen and then after few seconds call goes to another agent.
