Description vicidial_callbacks table

Added by Kirill Ragimov 6 months ago

Hi,
the database has a table vicidial_callbacks as far as I understand it is a table with data on calls requiring redial. I would like to understand what the values in the status column mean and how the callback_time and modify_time columns differ, please tell me what the ACTIVE/INACTIVE/LIVE statuses depend on and why this or that status is assigned

Thx

Hi Kirill,

the callback_time on the vicidial_callbacks means this where you see the schedule of the call back
and for the modify_time this where you will see the when was the last time call back was modified/edit.

Thank you!

Hi, do I understand correctly
ACTIVE - waiting for the callback time
LIVE - The callback time has come, is about to be added to hopper
INACTIVE - the callback is expired and will not be added to hopper

If so, how much time is given to the call before switching from the LIVE status to the INACTIVE status

Thx

Hi Kirill,

21 days before switching from the LIVE status to the INACTIVE status

Thank you!

Hello, I'm looking at the vicidial_callback table and I see that some rows switch to the INACTIVE status before 21 days. therefore, I do not understand under what conditions the INACTIVE status occurs
