Tranfer log?

Hi,
Can you tell me if there is a call transfer log?
You need to see who/when and where started making the transfer of the call.How long did the conversation with the third party take and whether the call transfer was successful.

Can you give us more details on what kind of call transfer are you doing? 3 way call transfer? or transfer to a closer agent?

Hi,
The transfer goes to an external phone number. With preliminary communication with a third party, subsequently the connection of the second party with the third party takes place. is there a log that could show whether the agent did everything correctly during the transfer, whether he made a mistake in the number or was not answered by a third party, if he answered, whether the agent transferred to a third party. Are any logs being collected at all? thanks

You should able to view all calls and transfer calls using Export Call Report

Can you please provide a screenshot of your export call report result using the Wittie Manansala's filter. also may we know what version of goautodial are you using?

As we reviewed and replicate the report that you've been looking for. we do confirm that the transfer log report is not available on our report system. however we will do include this report to our road map.
