Transfer HANGUP XFER LINE button does not work.
It is impossible to click on this button to return to the subscriber, is it possible to get detailed instructions on the call transfer function, including what the consultation means

Yes. I saw this instruction, but it contains a scenario when subscriber B picked up the phone and we connect subscriber A and subscriber B.
In my script, we did not get through to Subscriber B, and we need to return to Subscriber A.
Please provide also the asterisk CLI of those 2 videos you posted for us to review

Try this steps:
1. Make sure Dial Prefix for 3-way Calls in your campaign is empty or no values
2. Login as agent
3. Call the test number
4. Click transfer button
5. Set the NUMBER TO DIAL
6. Click Park Customer Dial
7. Click X or exit Transfer Conference Functions
8. Click Park Call Button
If you still encountering issue please provide only the asterisk CLI from the steps 3-8.
