custom field issue

Hello everyone,

I am trying to make a selection required by our rep/agents to click yes or no to answer a question on the custom form that i have built. Every test that i have run allows me to click hang up lead and dispo without selecting the checkbox of yes or no. Does anyone's custom forms work with required field selection set to yes?

I have tried using checkbox, and selection as types but still it doesn't stop me from continuing on to the next call.
