Good day!
Can you please tell me whether it is possible to launch a survey press 1 campaign without registering an agent in the system? there is a need to organize this type of call without the involvement of agents.

Hi,
What is your survey call flow. Are you referring to Voice broadcast.

I couldn't say that it survey. It's client status notification(different record for different status).
So yes, we can call it voice broadcast.

We have 4 different records depening on 4 different status. The goal is to call clients and inform them about their current status with no online agents. Kind of autoinformer.

Hi,
Once you create a campaign select SURVEY PRESS 1. then upload the audio file that you will use.
after that on the advance settings of the campaign select on "Survey Method: Campaign" on this option the system will automatically dial the numbers of your prospect client with no agent intervention. and you may also assign the DTMF numbers on the advance settings.

We are setting it up, but without registering an agent with a campaign, the calls do not start. Screenshots of campaign settings in the attachment. Maybe some settings are not correct to start a call without registering an agent?

Yes, the system starts to call without an agent, but only after registering at least 1 agent.
But it is necessary for the system to automatically start dialing without registering an agent.

Hi,
Please make sure your audio file is 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files and in Campaign>Advance Settings> Survey Method = DID.

For the test, I created a new campaign, set Survey Method = DID, but unfortunately the call list does not start! What could be the problem?

Starts dialing only if add agent to the vicidial_live_agents table for the Survey press campaign

Hello, i'm facing the same issue with the lastest version, the campaign does not start single, only starts if i log in at least 1 agent

Hi,
It means your Survey Method is set to Campaign.
Feel free to test DID and Call Menu those 2 features is using remote agents it means campaign will start calling once you've activated the campaign.
