Dashboard question - 23 calls being placed but says NO CALLS AVAILABLE when I click on the ringing calls

I have a dashboard question.

It says I can see which calls are being placed when I hover my cursor over the number of calls being placed.

But when I click it says "NO CALLS AVAILABLE"

Is this a bug?

Can you verify if there are 23 outbound calls in your Asterisk CLI?

core sip show channels

What's your GOadmin version?

Hi,

GoAdmin ® 3.3-1393218000

I don't know where to go regarding "core sip show channels".

We are running FreePBX on another server. GoAutodial is making calls via an extension on FreePBX. Does that help?

Login to your GOautodial server via SSH or Putty for Windows. Enter the Asterisk CLI by running:

asterisk -vvvvvvvvgc

Once in the Asterisk CLI, you can check your active SIP connections by running:

core sip show channels

or if using Asterisk 1.4.X:

sip show channels

I have the same problem.
Is this a bug?

Please upgrade to GOautodial CE 3.3. Just run:

yum update

Let us know if you still encounter this issue.

Hello,
I did yum update on a test machine. Actually the bug doesn't persist anymore. Soon I will upgrade a production machine and I will report if something wrong.
