ERROR on AGENT PAGE PLEASE HELP ME You have been disconnected. Go Back RECONNECT

I have installed the CE3 32 Bit in my I3 Processor 4GB Ram the Installation went correct and i am able to Log in to admin Panel also and i have Configured Xlite5 With the Agent and when i am trying to Log in to my Agent Panel a Phone Rings on the Xlite5 and Says "That is not a valid conference number Please Try Again" and in 20-25 Seconds The Agent Page Shows i have buy the VOIP of just go voip

You have been disconnected.

Is this a default installation (without any updates)? Have you gone over and followed the GOautodial Getting Started Guide?

Hi Sir its a Default Installation and after the installation was Complete i have run YUM UPDATE

and i have Followed all the Steps mentioned in the GOautodial Getting Started Guide?\

but its Showing the same Error

and one more thing sir i am Running this on Dynamic IP and every time its taking 192.168.1.2 as an ip and when i open it with this IP i am Able to Do every thing but the ONLY problem that i am Facing is of AGENT Disconnection and a Phone Rings on the Xlite5 and Says "That is not a valid conference number Please Try Again" and the phone Hang up in 4 Seconds every time and The Agent Panel get Disconnected in 20-25 Seconds and Ask me to REconnect and when i click to ReConnect again the Phone Rings and the same thing happens every time

1. change the ip address of the server to a static ip (ie the ip not in you dhcp range)
2. once changing the ip run the command /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl
to update the new ip in server
3. once running the above command , check what ip is showing under ,phones, server , Conference's -- severip field.
4. if it still shows old ip run the below command
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=192.168.1.2

Hi Sir need to know one thing if DHCP is not in range then can we access the Admin and the Agent Page because to open the admin and Agent Page we have to put the Server IP and when i am able to access the Admin and the Agent Page that shows the Connectivity to the Server is Fine so let me know sir o do i Still Change it to Static and try with that

Hello to every one want to Tell you that www.striker24x7.com Striker24x7 is Best he Resolved the Problem of the Disconnection and now every time i answer the call i here "you are currently the only one in conference" and the call remains continue so can any one help me to know how to get starting calls for outbound campagin as i have uploaded the Leads the leads are available on the Lead in Hooper and in the call ringing option it shows me 2 calls are ringing but i am unable to hear any voice in the head phone

so please any one can help me in that

Striker24x7 is Really good in configering Go auto dial every thing is working really good now

I realized this thread is 2 years old but I also have this problem and the OP never posted what the solution actually was.

I see multiple people posting this problem and none of the threads ever post the solution.
