Transfer in GoAutoDial v 4

Hello all, I've installed GoAutoDial v4 vai ISO and it is working great after some changes.
But one thing that I still didn't figured out is the transfer of the call. I can transfer the call using the same trunk that I use for my outgoing calls, and in my context in the trunk server I dial to my internal phones just fine.
The problem is that I can't transfer the call between my agents that are logged in some campaign, in the transfer dialog if I choose "Transfer to Agent/Closer Group" it doesn't show any option for me to choose for click in "LOCAL CLOSER".
And if I choose directly the phone number or the agent name in the "Regular 3-Way" the call drops and in asterisk I see that there is no extension in default for "agent-name" or "phonenumber".
Any tips?

Hi,

To use this Transfer to Agent/Closer Group feature. You have to create ingroup and enable it in your campaign by activating Allowed Inbound and Blended.

But doing so, the agent will transfer to the inbound group. And if I want to transfer to a specific agent? Do I have to create one inbound for each agent?

Yes. you need to create ingroup if you want to transfer the call to a specific agent. just make the that the ingroup was enabled on the Campaign so the agent can select the ingroup during the transfer call.
