Call not come in agent
Hello
I installed goautodial CE 2.1 from the iso and i configured the an outbound company
I have connected calls in calls queue but the calls not come to the agent
I have in attacgement a print screen from the agent screen
Please help me

how many agents are logged in?

login to your server console and type screen -list and post the output here
Goto ADMIN--SERVERS- check what ip is showing there

Hello,
this could be the problem if your server is having different IPs configured for Phone and for dialer, you can use following command in root and see if it helps you.
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=127.0.0.1Mask:2
