Updated GOautodial application to 4.0-1570204800. Tonnes of bugfixes over the previous version. The glibc i686 libraries are now automatically installed so that barging/monitoring works out of the box.

To get this feature, you need to update your server via github, be sure to backup your configurations and files before updating.
After updating your code from github, install the multi-language database.
