Manual mode works perfect, auto-dial completely silent

Added by sharan harkisoon almost 9 years ago

I'm losing my mind. I have GoAutodial version up and running pefectly 3.3-1431489600. My trunk is setup, I configured a campaign with a calling list. I can manually dial in manual mode, and I have full 2-way audio.

When I run manual mode, I see the caller information for the list, and it works. When I put it in auto-dial mode, I can see the numbers being dialed in the asterisk console, and I'm not getting any caller information on the web console or any audio on the sip phone. I've read some comments about asterisk/nat/rtp issues, but I don't believe this is the case since it works in manual mode and I can manually start a call and confirmed 2-way audio.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Can you post your asterisk CLI logs while attempting a call in AUTODIAL method. Can you also post your campaign settings "Carrier to use for this campaign" etc...
