LEAD RECYCLING WITHIN THIS CAMPAIGN

Dear Friends,

could someone tell me if he has used the function <<LEAD RECYCLING WITHIN THIS CAMPAIGN>>, when i add new status lead recycling in my campaign and i try to active this lead status the edit button is not working.
i click but it is alaways with status not active as this button is not implemented in goautodiad?

Any help please?

I'm experiencing the same issue here - have thousands of no answers to recall, but the system won't let us. This one needs to be looked into.

We've manually pulled the lists and removed certain call statuses in order to complete a new campaign as recycled which works well enough. However agents are then missing callbacks, as they are part of a different campaign. Is this an issue that is only affecting some systems, or is this a global bug?
