hangup, park up and transfer button are no longer grayed after an incoming call

Dear all,

I've installed goautodial 3. When I hangup and choose call disposition after an incoming call, my hangup, park call and transfer button are no longer grayed.
I need your help.

Hi,

Park call and Transfer button are enabled once your engaged to a call. Please provide us screenshot for us to review your issue.
