My new inbound campaign does not appear in the dashboard

I'm new to Goautodial. I've setup a Goautodial system.I created a new inbound campaign. But my new campaign does not appear in the dashboard.
when I make an incoming call, i hear a goodbye message. Please, Could you guide me on how I can display my new campaign in the dashboard?

GOadmin 3.3-1406088000
Vicidial 2.9 RC1 (2.9.441a)
Asterisk 1.8.23
CentOS 5.10 base OS

Hi Jacques,
Go to your campaign settings and check for Local Call Time
. The campaign will not appears untill your within this local call time.
