My new inbound campaign does not appear in the dashboard

I'm new to Goautodial. I've setup a Goautodial system.I created a new inbound campaign. But my new campaign does not appear in the dashboard.
when I make an incoming call, i hear a goodbye message. Please, Could you guide me on how I can display my new campaign in the dashboard?

Vicidial 2.9 RC1 (2.9.441a)
Asterisk 1.8.23
CentOS 5.10 base OS

Hi Jacques,

Go to your campaign settings and check for Local Call Time. The campaign will not appears untill your within this local call time.
