DNC Numbers from campaign list not detected

Agents puts DNC disposition but can dial the number again manually ..... and option on the campaign for DNC List i.e manual dial filter doesn't work....
Do any one have faced such problems and did you solve it or do you have any idea how to do it...
I did enable the manual dial filter still it is not working as well the http://$SERVER-IP/vicidial/admin.php credentials are not going thru.
I have Go-autodial 3.3 version updated via git....

Hi,

Please check your System Statuses make sure the following are set on your DNC dispostion:

1. Human Answer = Y
2. DNC = Y
