Is your GOautodial server configured properly? Can you ping google.com from your GOautodial server?

i think i can ping now,and another question,i cant login in agent webpage,when i put in users (agent001 as default)and passwd,and select a campaign,then click the login button,then happens a webpage to show like this(see the attaches),then click the submit,its still like this page,nothing changed,plz tell me what happens,tks

i have re-install the system as the guide,and connected with network always,when its done and i type yum update,the error(see the attachment) happens again,if i dont run yum update,is there any influence for the use?plz show me the way to solve this

Another question,what the templet for campaign's files,i cant load in numbers,and the carriers and the servers's status is like this,the exclamation mark is grey,not green,what's the problem?
