Cannot delete lists - Red X is not red, it is grey

Hi there,

For some reasons I cannot delete lists. The X for delete is not red, it is grey.

Please could you tell me how to reactivate the ability to delete the list.

The guys from GoAutodail say that the 2 lists are default lists and cannot be deleted. If that is the case how do I get rid of the leads that I have managed to upload to a list that I cannot delete?

List IDs 998 and 999 are default list IDs being used by the system. It's recommended that they are present. You can just remove the list ID from your campaign. The leads won't be dialed then. Or if you really want to delete them, you can do that via the default Vicidial admin interface at: http://IP_ADDRESS/vicidial/admin.php.

Thank you. I only recently found all the additional settings from the vicidial interface.
