DID for justgovoip

Anyone able to tell me how to setup my new DID please. Im kind of confused. thank you.

mention what kind of trunk you are using, for the DID

1. VOIP or
2. PRI /E1 /ISDN
3. Analog trunk

i have a did through Justgovoip.com and everytime i test it it hits the server but it doest go to the menu i have chosen. it will work one second than if i change it to say a phone for example than change it back to IVR it doesnt want to work.

Please post your Asterisk CLI when taking inbound calls through your DID.

the other day i had changed created a new directory and chmod 777 the folder to get music on hold to work... now this error see the attached picture.

now i change it to just ring a phone and it just disconnects right away.
