AGENT DASHBOARD 503 error

Hello I have been using GOAUTODIAL 4 for about a year now and upon a restart the Admin login just keeps spinning and than i get an error "Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems." lease try again later." . Only the admin but the agent login is fine and works still.
very weird i check errors cannot find any on my end. I have not changed anything i have scoured the internet cannot find anything on the matter . possible help?

Please also let us know the installation steps you followed or the links you used, and if there are any changes or additional installations you made aside from the GOautodial ISO
