callback calendar

Hi, how can I translate the modular callback window into another language to translate the days of the week and months into another language, so can I translate it into a 24-hour format, as well as the beginning of the week from Monday and not from Sunday, where the desired module is not found?

we haven't tried to adjust or change the calendar in the agent UI yet. I will try to ask our developer to check if what you want to do is possible, but expect that it will take some time because our dev team is focused on other things.
