No sound during a call

Added by Kyryll Osipkov about 1 year ago

We installed Goautodial using the instructions
https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Version_4_How_To_Install_Goautodial_From_Scratch_using_CentOS_7X
and
https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Update_latest_version_via_Github .

Now, during a call, the operator and the client cannot hear each other, but the sound is on the audio recording. What information do I need to provide to get help?

And the system tries to log in to some 64.188.30.98 on its own, even when I disable all trunks.

We highly recommend installing fail2ban to protect your GOautodial server from brute-force attacks.
