It seems you forgot to configure un private IP or set to dhcp during installation.

To resolve try to re-install the ISO and dont forget to set the private IP. 2nd option set your server IP and follow the steps posted here Section (Administration Gui Settings and Configuration Files to check:) in https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev4
