Help with AMD config

Hello, I'm having this problem
60% the calls that Goautodial assing to an angent, are voicemail, 6 of every 10 calls. AMD is not detecting properly the machine. Any help?

Hi,
May we know what country your calling? and please provide the dial plan of 8369 in extensions.conf.

There is the extension.conf of 8369 extension.
I have to config it on amd.conf?

Try this:
exten => 8369,1,AGI
exten => 8369,n,AMD
exten => 8369,n,AGI
exten => 8369,n,AGI
exten => 8369,n,Hangup()
If still wont work try to change the values.
