Help with inbound call setup

Added by Leopoldo Martinez almost 3 years ago

Hello everyone, I have nice news and that is that I have managed to make everything of Goautodial 4 work, I was able to lower the consumption of resources and activate notification sounds in calls. I just need something and I want to ask for help in this, to configure an inbound llama campaign, even though I configure it as the HOW's TO section says in the wiki, I cannot make it work, the calls do not enter Goautodial and are not assigned to no agent. Can someone help me?

Hi,

Are you seeing any logs in asterisk CLI?

Please provide screenshots:

1. Asterisk CLI log when calling your inbound
2. Ingroup Settings
3. Campaign settings

Thanks

Hi,

Please try to create a new ingroup and make sure that the ingroup is selected on the inbound number DID Route. please check the screenshot for reference.
