Wrong file path to the recording in the CRM and List. Goautodial 4.0

Hi, I'm using Goautodial 4.0 and have it updated to:
- goautodial/v4.0 number 6b84cd4e17fc998b5815c57a96390fef4ebc455e (march 30th 2021)
- and goautodial/goAPIv2 number 7747b8c69e344d32ab1540ad43e0009ad6a69348 (march 29th 2021)

The issue I have is that the file path of the recording is pointing to the localhost which is not reachable from another computer.

But the audio file appears with the right path on the Reports section

The Goautodial server is correctly configured.

When I export the Export Call Records and inclue the Recording location, the path is wrong too

How can I correct this?

Hi,

Please double check your astguiclient.conf if the ip of the server is already assign on the VARFTP_dir => and VARREPORT_dir =>

It didn't work, and I have changed all the variables that said 127.0.0.1 just in case. By the way, I made the changes in /etc/astguiclient.conf and /var/www/htmml/astguiclient.con. I restarted the server several times, even.

The path is still wrong in the calls I make after the changes

Can you tell me which process register the path in the DB? Maybe the path is hard coded in that file.

OK, it is a misconfiguration (or a bug more likely). The file responsible for inserting the path in the DB is /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_CRON_audio_2_compress.pl and it doesn't use neither of the variables mentioned (VARFTP_dir, VARREPORT_dir), in fact, uses the server ip address:

Once I changed it, the log became right.
