Inbound campaings

I'm trying to set a blend campaing, but i hace 2 weeks with no result, some one can give me a clue?

Hi,

If you already created your campaign and you want to switch it to Blended, just simply enable Allowed Inbound and Blended on campaign advance settings and enable ingroup.

yes, but the inbound calls is not getting in, i don't now how to recive call in my system

Any asterisk CLI logs displayed when your calling your inbound? Please make sure the your DID or inbound number is pointed on your Server Public IP.

make sure to go in the advanced section of the campaign and allow inbound groups for the DID you placed in the inbound section. also on the agent screen the blended question make sure to shift the inbound line to available and submit.
