Predictive + Autodial cutting calls upon answering
Added by Zahir Galant almost 5 years ago
I'm having issues whereby calls cut immediately when someone answers.
Dialing out manually works no issues
Installed from Centos scratch using https://goautodial.org/boards/3/topics/16487
My logs dialing out below using Autodial method (My 10 digit number dialed replaced with XXXXXXXXXX)
Any ideas where to look or what to check?
I'm pulling out what little hair i have left on my head :<

Hi Arman,
Can you please ask your voip provider if they can see any call/traffic on this number 541534841112? can ask the voip provider if they have a dial format.
Thank you!

Hi. 54 is the area code, the rest is the phone number. That is not the problem.
Following this tutorial for the installation https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Version_4_How_To_Install_Goautodial_From_Scratch_using_CentOS_7X, I discovered that in nano /etc/rtpengine/rtpengine.conf table 0 is not created. Using table -1 starts the rtpengine. Create table 0, but autodial calls still don't work.
I do not find where the error is or if it is a bug of the new version. I have an old version working perfectly.
Any solution is welcome. Have a great day.
