Don't receive incoming calls

Hello,

Can anyone help me with another issue...

I configured the inbound campaign and put the DID 1234567890 to this campaign. I allowed the inbound group Single Agent Direct Queue to this campaign.
For the inbound group Single Agent Direct Queue I allowed agent002.
Agent002 is part of user group Goautodial Agents that allows all the campaigns(the one I created before too)

I login with agent002. I select the campaign created before, and the inbound group Single Agent Direct Queue. I press Resume Dialing.

From another machine I dial 1234567890 of this machine but I get SIP 404 Not found.

Does anyone know why does this happen? How can I resolve it?
Is there something in the configuration that I'm missing?

Hi Nada,

To receive incoming calls you should configure valid DID from your DID Provider. If you have assigned valid DID and still unable to received inbound calls please provide screenshots of the following for us to review:

1. Asterisk CLI logs
2. DID Settings
3. Campaign Settings
4. Carrier Settings for your DID

Please find attached the screenshots of the configurations I have done on my local machines.

Let me know if you need something else.

I send the calls from 192.168.1.19 to 192.168.1.20. Analyzing the SIP Header, I see that 192.168.1.19 calls 35556856888(DID)@192.168.1.20 but it gets SIP 404 as response. On 192.168.1.20 asterisk CLI I don't see any incoming call.

Please confirm if this DID 355685685888 is valid? Or a Test number?

To view all logs on asterisk CLI type this command:

core set verbose 30

Hello,

This is my testing environment with two goautodial machines.

The agent logged in 192.168.1.19 is making the call. The agent logged in 192.168.1.20 is receiving the call.

This DID used this time is 355685685851 (Vodafone number).

Hi,

The number that you are using is not a valid number that's why the sip response is SIP ERROR 404(NOT FOUND). please try to use a valid and working number.

Hello,

What do you mean by valid working number? This is the communication between dy local machines and the validity of the number should not affect this test calls.

Anyway, I did some other tests. Maschine 192.168.1.19 called DID 00355685685851 of 192.168.1.21 machine. 00355685685851 is a valid working number (you can call it)
