Inbound calls not working

Added by Deni Brata about 4 years ago

Hello,

I installed GOautodial 4.0. I tested outbound calls and it worked correctly, but inbound is not working. I hear the call ringing from the phone I make the calls, but I don't receive any call on the corresponding phone.
I think for some reasons, kamailio is not sending the calls to asterisk.
Is there any configuration to be done?

Can anyone help me?

Thank you!

Hi,

First you have to configure you SIP Settings (from your VOIP Provider) on Carrier Settings, then follow the steps posted here https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Howto_Setup_an_Inbound_Campaign_30

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your response!

I added a carrier like it is described in this link: https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Howto_Add_Carrier, and I setup inbound campaign like in this
link:https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Howto_Setup_an_Inbound_Campaign_30.

I see the calls coming to the goautodial server but I don't understand why Kamailio is not sending them to the corresponding ingroup.

Is there anything I should add on kamailio's database tables (maybe dispatcher)?

Thank You!

Kamailio is only used for WebRTC. All calls are generated by Asterisk. Please post your Asterisk CLI when receiving inbound calls.

Hi ,

Im trying to create SIP trunk between Elastix & Goautodial 4.
SIP trunk is showing as registered & Outbound calls are also working fine.
But Im facing issue with inbound call. The inbound call is landing on elastix server but its not getting forwarded to Goautodial 4.

Log of elastix pbx

Hi,

Try to create a extension/SIP account from your Elastix and Point your DID on the extension/SIP. Then configure your extension/SIP on your GOautodial V4 Carrier Settings.

THanks
