Manual Calls say DEAD CALL when in fact Live?

Hello,

I finally got everything working on GAD v4.
However, when a manual call is placed - the agent dialer will switch to DEAD CALL as soon as the call is picked up.
The entire call is fine, but the issue is the agent cannot place the call on hold or transfer the call because GUI thinks it's dead.

Please share your thoughts and suggestions. Thank you.

I have the same issue. No firewall impact since all is allowed from our IP and carriers. Did you ever find a solution?

Did you change the timezone of your server and in GoAdmin?
