Operator timing data is corrupted after every update

Added by Sandro Vespucci over 4 years ago

Good morning, I noticed that every time I update the system via github (git pull) the operator timing data is corrupted, in particular the table columns "asterisk vicidial_agent_log" pause_sec and dispo_sec report incorrect data. Someone has the same problem and how can I fix it

Hi,

How did you install your Goautodial? Is it from scratch or the ISO? What browser are you using?

Hi,

Please try this:

1. Set your timezone at GoAdmin>Administration>Settings>Choose your timezone:
2. Set also your timezone in your server.

Wiki: https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Change_Timezone

Thanks

already done, it is not a problem of timezone in fact the only non-coherent data is that of breaks

Tnx

It happens when all the time settings don't match. Please make sure that your Server time, Goautodial > Settings > Servers > Local GMT, And Administration Settings > Timezone are all the same.

Hi,

You should make backup before upgrading. Please post the following settings.

1. Login to Admin and navigate to Settings > Servers > what is the GMT you set?
2. Navigate to Administrations > Settings > what is set on the timezone?
3. Ssh login on your server then type date and post here the output.

Hi,

Have you tried setting it to a different timezone? Please do so and let see how it goes.

Set it on all the settings below.

1. Login to Admin and navigate to Settings > Servers > Set to US etc..
2. Navigate to Administrations > Settings > Set to US etc..
3. Ssh login on your server then set it to US etc..

    (1-11/11)
    Go to top
