Can't Access after Restart

I've installed GAD4 on CentOS 7 on a vultr servver from scratch using the instructions on this page https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Version_4_How_To_Install_Goautodial_From_Scratch_using_CentOS_7X

I restarted the first time and it works just fine, however, 2nd restart and I can't access the UI anymore. Any idea what's wrong?

Forgot to mention that I was unable to install using the ISO on Vultr, so I had to do the scratch install.

What error can you see on your httpd logs? Did you setup the IP manually? https://goautodial.org/boards/20/topics/14214

The IP setup seems to be already there when I go into the files.

The only way I can get it to work again is by doing the following command...

yum -y install goautodial-ce
cd /usr/src/goautodial
./install.sh
