Hi,

You're encountering are mostly related to either the network or agents' workstations.
We have encountered some of the issues you have on 1 local client of ours. Their agents are getting calls even on pause, 2 calls on a single conversation and some more. We found out that their workstations were heavily loaded. Meaning there were so many processes running that it was freezing their web browser every now and then. Processes like automatic updates, anti-virus and other activities they were doing.

Please also provide the following:

1. GOautodial Version
2. Asterisk cli log.

Thanks

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
We do have problems with some agents, so this is not a general problem.
Can internet bandwidth affect?
We have them this worries this morning change of workstation and this to settle the worries.
Regarding logs this is difficult to identify the precise calls we have with 8 agents
But we have version 4 of goautodial update with the latest git
do you have any idea how to get the cli log out of a call?

thx

Hi,

Bandwidth can be a factor. Are the affected agents on the same network or do your agents belong to different networks? To get the cli log, just type "asterisk -vvvvvvvvr" without the quotations.

hi
We also have another concern of the agents does not hear the customers
when I listen to these recordings I hear the client but no sound from the agent.
So I try to disable the webrtc and used xlite to minimize the resources but in this case the no sound is heard on the agent side while I hear everything on the client side
when I log in via xlite I get the conference call but do not hear the conference message

Hello,

Please feel free to follow the steps on our wiki page on how to register the softphone at https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/HOWTO_Enable_Softphones

hello,

all this is good
The WEBRTC is deactivate as indicated in the wiki
When I log in with the agent via the web interface the conference call is received on xlite by the agent
The agent answers the call
But when the agent makes a call the sound of the agent to the customer that passes perfectly
but the agent has no sound

Hi,

Possible. Please coordinate to your VOIP provider what codec you should set in your carrier settings.

Thank you
