Is Goautodial 4 working ?

hello all,

i spent more than a week trying to setup Goautodial 4.. I made more than 4-5 installations..
i finally managed to create a carrier to my PBX.. but i couldn't make it work..
first of all, this webrtc is not working (i think that the combination Chrome+rtpenc+kamailio+asterisk is not working 100%).
second i create nice, fancy campaigns, but ..they are not working..

my question is, has anyone managed to get it work and create campaigns, call, etc ?

Any changes after following the steps posted here https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev4 ? Like changing IP address of the server?
