is there someone out there who can configure goautodial for us with twilio.
We're non profit organisation with 10 agents. Please advise about the costs.

First you need to ask your VOIP Provider if they accepting dialer/asterisk traffic, explain to them you'll be using predictive dialing. If they said yes please visit https://www.goautodial.com/supporttickets.php for professional support.
