agents not getting calls.

hi
i was dialing very well with my goautodial ce 2.1, unfortunately suddenly calls are not connecting.
i got error in manual (Call Rejected: CHANUNAVAIL
Cause: 20 - Subscriber absent.)
in auto when i check through cli i get

Is your network online? It looks like it can't reach goautodial. Either your server is not connected to the internet (or your DNS is not working) or your dialplan entries have changed.
Can you also post your dialplan entry here?

i have this as dial plan. which use to work.
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${SIPtrunk}/${EXTEN:1},55,o)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

hi
disable the carrier which is having the name goautodial
or
delete all the carrier except the one you create above.
also
change
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${SIPtrunk}/${EXTEN:1},55,o)
to
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${SIPtrunk}/${EXTEN:1},55,Ttor)
