problems call campaigns

hi,
I explain my problem:
after you configure all trunk, campaign (TESTCAMP use by default), and the list, proceed with manual calls, only happens to me a strange thing, as soon as I make the log gives me the button that says dial-next and makes the call when I close my hangrup to insert the outcome (eg no answer and hit submit) and then does not make me make another call, the dial-next button remains gray, how can I solve this problem?

a second problem, and when I make calls RATIO mode, predictive work properly but you do not hear the audio in conversation, the other person feels like ringing while I'm calling you from the countryside outbound do not hear anything in the headset.

you need to check your firewall setting

possibility of no audio
1.natting issue
or
2. rtp ports blocked (open port 10000 to 20000 in your router)
and also try
put externip=your-public-ip in sip.conf.

to know your public ip type whats my ip in google.com

on the firewall are open all the doors any-any configuration, the strange thing is that it happens only in predictive mode while in manual funiona properly.

check with your provider

tell your provider to enable your voip account to auto/predective dial mode.

this happens once for me and provider told he didnt enabled autodial mode, hope this will help

another question,
I do not work when I put the key callback call the outcome, that I do not hold out the appointments. I go straight to the screen next call, I installed the latest patch (agent-UI.goCE.11032011.tar.gz (2,124 MB) Chris Lomuntad, Wed 2 November 2011, 16:15:38 -0400) but does not work.

Hi,

Please make sure the User and Campaign settings "Scheduled callbacks are enabled or set to 1"

change the context name from from-pstn to trunkinbound in chan_dahdi.conf or dahdi-channels.conf

vi /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf or vi /etc/asterisk/dahdi-channels.conf

reload the asterisk
