For the admin issues from what Matt posted...
ADMIN ISSUES:
- Some of the admin features from that build are broken or missing:
- - auto refresh timer --- DONE
- - add new lead link --- DONE
- - in-group user select-all --- DONE
- - logged-in user echo --- DONE
- Your database dump is mostly server_performance table records(you should really delete those before doing your DB dump)
- The directories are copied from an svn working directory instead of being exported(resulting in a lot of wasted space with ".svn" files)

Fixed and combined the patch for the Agent UI bug and button alignment.
NOTE: Patch was tested to work on a newly installed GoAutoDial CE 2.1.
