Dashboard issue with supervisor

Hello,

I have an issue when checking the dashboard using a supervisor user. It doesn't behave the same as the admin user do, as it doesn't show the logged in agents and number of calls in the queue. Although I set the supervisor permissions the same as admin group, the same issue exist.

Please help me with a solution to solve it as I have to deliver the campaign and users to operation and can't give the supervisor an admin user for security reasons.

Eventually, if you can provide me with any techniques to customize the dashboard, it would be great.

Hi,

Have you tried using the supervisor template on the usergroup?

The problem solved after allowing the supervisor group in the agent group!

So, can I customize the dashboard?

The issue is that when I log with a supervisor I can't see the agents logged in, and even if I created it using an admin or supervisor template.

Hi,

Have you tried changing the user level? What are the settings of your Supervisor login?

I've tried all user level, even if I created the supervisor with level 9 the same issue exist.

Check the attached screenshots for the supervisor privilege and the dashboard that shows nothing.

Actually I dunno if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong!

I seem to be having the same issues with this. Updating the GIT repo has stopped this from working and left me with a supervisor who can only see others in the supervisor group.

I tried to solve this by changing a supervisor login to the standard user group and changing the individual user's level and permissions in /vicidial/admin.php but this didn't solve it either.

Any help on this one appreciated.

Note, it seems after updating the GIT repos, a few things don't work as they should - this happened to me a while back and again on a new setup. May need to add a few things to the bug tracker - please don't be upset!
