calls are going to s exten

i done everything according instr and then after i try lo login as agent i got a call answer it ------
AND CALL IS GOING TO "S" EXTEN
NEED YOUR ADVICE!

Did you run "update_server_ip" command when you changed the IP address of your GOautodial server?
