Inbound callcenter

Hi,

we are looking for an inbound callsystem.

we have agents handling customercare for multiple companies.
Each company have their own number and IVR message.
When a call comes to an agent, the agent should be able to see What coming has been called AND it should be possible to have eventually instructions, to "pop-up" on the screen when he answers.

E.g. if a sales call, e-mail
If a supportcall, transfer to 1234567 etc.

Can goautodial do that?
Or do you know any system that can?

yes inbound callcenter is 100% possible with goautodial/vicidial .

it has very good IVR menu setup..

but email is lagging, but it can be possible by custom scripting.
