Can I send dropped call's to an extension? (before the drop)

Hi,
Let’s say I have 5 agents on an outbound campaign. I would like the Team Leader to be able to catch the dropped calls before they drop.
So basically if an agent is not available, the call will forwarded to the Team Leader. Obviously the details of the lead also need to be presented when the call is connected to the Team Leader.
Is this possible?
I think the key is to have the Team Leader available to take calls but not generating any calls.

you may try
Drop Call seconds
Drop Action to Ingroups.
so teamleader will be logged in another campaign with Ingroup selected.

Hi there,
Thanks for the tip. I have tried setting it up. But the dropped calls are not being connected to the inbound campaign.
Would someone be able to give step by step instructions? I know its a big ask.
There are several tutorials on Youtube but they are all for people phoning in. I have not found any tutorials for inbound groups/campaigns specifically for dropped calls.
