Call Dispostion Status Missing in the Recording Files

Hi,
Am using Goautodial 3.0 60bit, when the agent finishes the calls with the proper disposition as Wrong number which it has been added newly to the particular campaign. the recording does not show the call disposition details

Hi,
We made some test on our end and it is working well. It seems that you current dialer version is not updated. Kindly update your server and let us know how it goes.

Hi,
I have same problem, The call disposition status added by me are not showing up on the recording page.
i guess i am using updated dialer version.
How can i resolve this issue?
my specs :
goautodial-ce-3.0-1377576000(Goautodial 3.0 64bits iso installer)| vicidial-2.7.401a-130508.2256.2.go | Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici.go | Single Server | No Extra Software After Installation| all packages updated (mysql-server-5.0.95-5.el5_9, httpd-2.2.3-85.el5.centos, php-5.3.22-1.w5) | Intel(R) Quad Core CPU E3-1220 @ 3.10GHz , 8GB memory

Looks like the web session of the agent was disrupted. That's the only way a call recording won't be dispositioned properly.

It Only happens to the custom dispositions created by us. All the system dispositions/status are show correctly. Also the missing dispositions are shown in the call records properly to the call.
How can I troubleshoot this issue? which logs and tables to check?

Can you update to the latest version via Github: http://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/GIThub? We can't seem to recreate the issue you're having.
