two different DID inbound number setup in each campaign

i have question . this is our configuration in our 1st setup to add new extension exten=> _(DID number set 1),1,AGI and to add another extension also like this ? is it ok to use that same extension route? im pointing to that 1 if is it ok to use same extension route.. this is my new DID config exten=> _(DID number set 2),1,AGI

because were planning to separate two different number of DID in each campaign..

If you're using GOautodial 3.0, you can easily add DIDs to your campaigns using via the "Add Phone Number/DID" wizard. You can have multiple DIDs in a single campaign.

Im using a VERSION: 2.4-309a only...

I think this is a trunkinbound dial plan issue..

pls guide me..

this is my trunkinbound dial plan:

; DID call routing process
exten => _X.,1,AGI
exten => _XXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI
exten => _NNNNNNNNNN,1,AGI
; FastAGI for VICIDIAL/astGUIclient call logging

XXXXXXXXXX = set DID number 1
NNNNNNNNNN = set DID number 2

our voip provider mention us to set a DID like this > 1NNNNNNNNNN

what am I missing?

error log in asterisk> extension '1XXXXXXXXXX' rejected because extension not found.
